this is no jail, its indeed a bunker built by the nazis, located ion hamburg, germany. it had antiaircraft cannons on it (on the four corners i guess). the windows were put in after the war. today you find a media school, a store for music instruments, several companies and a club inside. check this link: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamburger_Flakt%C3%BCrme#Flakturm_IV_in_St._Pauli (only german, sorry!)
